neither. you have a pointer/memory related bug in your program. when you
load the program in the debugger, the layout of the memory is different,
so the bug might not surface, but it is there.

as i pointed out to you earlier, you need to run symify on the traceback
and post that along with some relevant code. otherwise, it is impossible
to say anything specific.
