Because libg++ is under the Library General Public Virus, and that makes
distributing the thing a real headache. (First you have to read the Virus.
Then pop a Tylenol. Then figure out what it means in terms of obligations.
Then pop three Tylenol. Then actually distribute the thing, adhering to
the Virus. Then pop a Motrin.)
