This has been a problem just in the last few weeks. There has been a
rash of newbies who cannot figure out that in the instructions:

1) Create a directory for DJGPP, say C:\DJGPP ....

2) Unzip files from that directory
                    ^^^^
The phrase, in 2), "from that directory" means after CDing to the
directory that you just created in step 1! I cannot understand it
since hundreds of newbies, including me, have installed from these
instructions over the past year or more. Even when someone did not
read the file, pointing that out has always helped before. But this
new crop.... Anyway:

Please this is not a flame. But to inform us all that this seems to
be what the latest newbies are always missing. Don't flame them and
argue that "No you did not read the readme.1st". Let's just gently
point out what was obviously missed and see how they do after that.

DJ, perhaps more explicit phrasing would solve this?
