Subject:	emacs doesn't restore bright/blink setting

I think I have found a minor bug in emacs. When you exit emacs, text written
to the screen with its `blink' bit set is written with a bright background
instead. Evidently emacs changes this setting for purposes of its own and
does not change it back. It's not a huge problem, but rather annoying to
have to do a `mode co80' or equivalent to put it back.
