Hello folks, anyone know of any replacements for the default DJGPP malloc? I've done some searches but nothing useful has turned up; apart from BGET at http://www.fourmilab.ch/bget/ which looks interesting but does a little more than I want. I want to try a *memory* efficient version of malloc since I'm allocating a number (approx 16) buffers varying in size from 256K to over 2MB and I don't want virtual memory to kick in. How should I link the new malloc (so libc version is ignored)? Thanks, Jason. --------- Jason Barstow (jb3207 AT eclipse DOT co DOT uk DOT removeme) Do you want to hire a villa in Florida?
