It's not the same, because under Linux you have all these neat tools that
don't have to be duplicated (binutils, textutils, shellutils, Make, Awk,
and so forth). IMHO it's a superior development environment than DJGPP
under DOS (it's what I use). The RPM only contains basic DJGPP (C language
development), the C library, and CWSDPMI. No C++.
