Probably not. First Borland (&Microsoft) are using their own object file
types (*.obj). DJGPP uses COFF file format. But besides that, Borland
C++ 4.5 does only generate 16BIT DOS objects and executables.

The only way i see it to port the Borland code to DJGPP.
