Subject: First American Scientific Corp.

I am writing to inform you about a company which may merit your investment. The company is called
First American Scientific Corporation, and our web site is at http://www.fasc.com .

We are the developers of the Micronizer machine, a revolutionary technology that processes virtually any
non-metallic material into powder as fine as -400 mesh. Currently, the Micronizer produces agricultural mineral
supplements such as limestone, sulphur, and gypsum which is produced, marketed and distibuted from our plant
in Bakersfield, California.

Bakersfield is in the heart of the San Joaquin valley, one of America's most important agricultural areas. We
carry a full line of soil amendment products, and also market and distribute a high-end line of soil amendment
distribution machinery. We are rapidly dominating the soil amendment market in this area, and are raising capital
to finance expansion into other significant agricultural regions.

The Micronizer is also being deployed as a processor of bio-soudge from waste treatment facilities. This is the only
cost-effective system in existence that takes bulk wet sludge, dries it, disinfects it without reducing nutritive
content, and delivers a solution grade fertilizer product which we are in position to market and distribute. Our first
pilot plant will be functional within 60 - 90 days.

In addition, the Micronizer is being developed to process waste gyproc (drywall) from construction and
demolition sites. The Micronizer efficiently processes bulk coarse waste gyproc allowing seperation of
gypsum from other composite materials through particle size classification, resulting in the cost-effective
production of raw gypsum.

Other applications in various stages of development include waste fiberglass (insulation) processing, waste tire
processing, and bio-pharmaceutical raw material production.

Our stock trades on the NASD Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol FASC, and the company feels that
given the strength of our balance sheet and our future prospects, the stock is undervalued.

Thank-you for taking the time to read this letter.

Michael T. Page,
Investor Relations,
First American Scientific Corporation
