Subject:	edebug32 doesn't restore cursor color

Under certain conditions, edebug32 fails to change the cursor back to its
previous color. If I debug a program:
 edebug32 myprog.exe
and do
 s
 q
the cursor of my DOS prompt becomes green.

I realize this is not a major bug, but perhaps it could be fixed.
