ntemacs is a port of emacs for Win95/WinNT. It uses a graphical interface.
It has most of the X-Window features (menu, coloured text,...)
I suppose it can run in a command window too. It is not XEmacs.
There is a port in progress for XEmacs 20.1
All those infos where posted in the xemacs newsgroup last week if I
remember well. I will be able to give more info tomorow if you need it
(its on my PeeCee, and I can't telnet to it...)
