I have some interrupt driven serial port code for djgpp v2. It doesn't
work under windows 3.1 and may not work under w95, but I've been using
it successfully for about 9 months now. bcserio.zip on simtel (v2misc or
v2tk) is an earlier, buggy version.

I guess it's time to send the update to DJ.
