I really don't know what I have with djgpp.  What I was expecting is a
compiler for C and C++ but have no idea on how to use it.

Is there a location available which:
1.  Explains what it can be used for.
2.  Explains how it should be setup.
3.  Explains how to use it.

My system is:
Windows NT 4.0
686 P150 Cyrix
32 meg Ram

Can djgpp be used in the above environment?
