DO WHAT THE INTRUCTIONS TELL YOU TO DO.

for that, you will need to write windows programs. you can do that using
the rsxntdj v.1.3.1 available at the ftp site you downloaded djgpp from.
note that windows programming is quite different than dos, and if you
are a beginner, i would recommend you spend some time learning plain
ansi c.
