It had to be removed because of copyright problems with Borland.

Because of my limited time I do not longer distribute
a standalone TV port to DJGPP (mybay sometimes in the future again).

Until that imaginary day you should get the RHIDE sources which
include diffs (and a special patch program) for the original
TV sources.
