You got the wrong version of DJGPP.  The latest is v2.01, which is found
on SimTel in the directories beginning with 'v2'.  I suggest you delete
all of that junk you got and start over.  ;)

First get the file 'v2/readme.1st', which tells you what other files you
need and how to install the compiler and configure your system to use
it.  Also get the FAQ (v2/faq210b.zip) and READ at least chapters 1
through 6.
