Yes, but where _are_those symbols defined?  I built a cross chain
on Linux and have the same problem.  libgcc.a crt0.o libc.a, none
of these contain djgpp_*_dtor.  After mucking about I moved on to
cygwin32, but I'd like to build a working cross djgpp as well...
