Did you do a 

SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV

Bad idea.  Go back to your original file.  Re-unzip if needed.

Presumably you are not picking up the link script (-Tdjgpp.djl on the
link line).  This too is fixed by setting DJGPP properly.
