I just downloaded DJGPP with Rhide and made allegro, compiled/executed a
couple 
files, and got really excited.  I have been using an older Microsoft C++
and wasn't getting 
very good results with game code from the net and otherwise(or maybe it was
just me). 

I really like DJGPP, but have had some trouble... 

When I try to compile or make my Microsoft C++ code, rhide hangs, and I
have to close 
it with the X-box (I am running under Windows 95). 

I assume it's something to do with my code, 'cause allegro did just fine,
but I don't know 
what is wrong, since it doesn't say anything, just stops. 

Please help me if possible--Thanks!!
