   just adding onto other msg....

about the 8K cluster size.... what u can do is create another partition
of say 50 megs and install djgpp onto this new drive. The clustersize
will reduce considerably so the actual size of djgpp will decrease....
use dir /s /a /v in the root dir of djgpp to see the allocation space :)

A good program that allows quick and easy partion creation is Partition
Magic.
