I haven't used, developed, maintained GRX in the last two years, due to
changing work requirements. From your error message it looks to me that
the compiler is running out of memory -- this is something for which you
may get help from the djgpp mailing list.

As I said, I am not maintaining it any more. Look around on the djgpp
newsgroup/ mailing list -- probably someone is maintaining it now.
