Hello,

that's easy to answer (at least in my case...)
I don't use C++ and it isn't fully free: it wastes diskspace and it
must be downloaded and installed. And I don't think it's that fun
to install it just to run a setup...
If one really uses C++ it's ok. But due to limited disk-space 
everyone has to decide and I don't want to...
