Ghostscript is a good one. It's an all-purpose PostScript converter,
orginally intended for printers but has drivers for VGA/SVGA as well. It's
free, and sources are there. Last I checked, you can get it from Simtelnet
in the `postscrp' directory as gs*.zip.
