Subject:	RHIDE 1.3

I installed RHIDE 1.3. Used it for one day and re installed 1.2. I 
found that RHIDE would lockup after hitting a break point and F7 or 
F8 was pressed or CTRL F9.  I am running under WIN95.

I found it necessary to rebuild project files (delete the old ones) 
if the project file had been opened by 1.3 because 1.2 would crash.

Having reinstalled 1.2, for some reason 1.2 seems to behave its self 
better than on the initial instalation. May be I am seeing things.
