Well, this isn't in the RHIDE FAQ, since the problem here lies not in 
RHIDE. It is in the DJGPP FAQ, however. You are not linking with the 
iostreams library. I don't use RHIDE, but check the options, and try to 
tell RHIDE to either link with the C++ libraries or the iostreams-only 
libraries.
