My information indicates that HIMEM from DOS 6.20 and later supports
/EISA switch. Here's what "HELP HIMEM" says about it on my system:

	/EISA
Specifies that HIMEM should allocate all available
extended memory. This switch is necessary only on an
EISA computer with more than 16 MB of memory; on other
computers, HIMEM automatically allocates all available
	     extended memory.
