Solution of the problem found after help from dosemu people:

If I set `secure off' in the configure file /etc/dosemu.conf
(or ~/.dosrc), djgpp works fine for all the new versions of dosemu.

In fact the ``secure on/off'' is a new feature of dosemu dpmi server
since
version 0.66.2, to put more checking on program behavior. I don't know
the
details, but maybe it is not a bad idea to make programs compatible with
this
more strict dpmi checking for the next release of djgpp.

Thanks very much for the help.
