i had the demo for a bit and then deleted it.. it looks great!!

in my opinion though, you can't class it as either a sonic nor a mario
type game. the only thing that yours has in common with the other two is
that its a side scrolling platform game. none of the other elements in
caveman is even remotely like either. if you had said zelda II, you
would have been closer. the closest i can think of to what you're doing
would be Joe & Mac.
I also saw your other game, the maze one. i LOVED the music!! =)
