I have built and run simple RSXNTDJ apps under win32s. I don't recommend it in
general, though.

I got that 'Cannot create process' error under NT. Just installed Win95 for
the fourth time, though, and now it works.

Bleh. Now I find grc doesn't support anything but 'CONTROL' statements
in .rc dialog files. Sigh... Allegro's GUI rocks compared to this crap
in terms of getting stuff done.

Not that I'm saying RSXNTDJ is crap. I am referring to the Windows API
in general.
