I *did* tell where to get it (see above).  Anybody who has DJGPP most
probably knows where they got it, and the FAQ is available on the same
place.  There are many dozens of SimTel.NET mirrors throughout the
world, and I have no way of knowing which one is used by a certain
person.

And btw, looking up the FAQ info is really no trouble at all.  It is
permanently loaded into a buffer in my editor, and I just use the
index at the end to find the reference.  It rarely takes more than a
few seconds to zero in.
