This cannot be all of the source, since the DJGPP-specific functions
(HW_set_XXX) are never called.  You need to find where they are
called, and I'd guess you would see that they get 0xd0000 as the
destination argument.  If that's the case, you need to use near
pointers in DJGPP v2 (described in section 18.6 of the DJGPP FAQ list)
to make this work.
