Does source code exist/available for JPTUI?

How does JPTUI compare with DFlat++?  I am currently (when I have 
time which lately is not often) porting DFlat++ to djgpp and of
course all source, etc will be available, so I am interested 
in knowing if I am re-inventing the wheel here...
