  If your current environment

  + doesn't provide DPMI
  + the path variable starts with a ";"

  a DJGPP program won't be able to load cwsdpmi.


  [recreate the bug]

  (be sure DPMI is not already provided)

  $ set path=;%path%
  $ <try to run a djgpp prog>
