I did exactly the same with the Allegro What name do you placed there? The full name? That's wrong. Only put there the characters after 'lib' and before '.a'. Assuming you want to link the library 'libfoo.a' then you have to put only 'foo' in the library section of RHIDE and turn the checkbox before the line containing the lib on.
