> What about simply scaling by 4/3? No matter what the viewport settings > are, the monitor is 4/3 as wide as high. But doesn't that presume square pixels? Surely, in (for example) 320x200, a square, flat on would then appear as say 40x30 pixels, but drawing this would result in a rectangle. -Thomas
