Download and install 'v2misc/csdpmi3b.zip'.  This program is a free DPMI
host that DJGPP programs use when no other DPMI is present in the
environment.  Windows (3.1/95/NT) provides DPMI for programs run in a
DOS shell.  You should always distribute cwsdpmi.exe along with your
programs unless they are Windows-only.
