It seems like you're (1) New to the Internet Newsgroups (2) New to DJGPP
and (3) Possibly new to programming in general.
Could I therefore suggest the following:
(1) Either buy or get out of your library an introductory book on how to program in C
(2) *Don't* post dozens of questions (each one duplicated at least once) to a newsgroup
all on the same day, just asking 'How do I do this?' before you have given
the subject some *real* thought yourself - none of us mind answering the odd
question, but you are asking too much, too quickly. The real joy of learning
to program is finding out how to do things for yourself - we all need help sometimes,
but we try to figure it out for ourselves first - it's only when we're stuck we
ask for help.
(3) Study the example programs that come with Allegro - if you look at these
you will find answers to nearly every question you have asked.
Please don't take offense at this reply - we were all newbies once (some of us
still are :-) You will find the people in this newgroup more than happy to help
if they feel that you genuinely want to *learn* not just be given an answer.
Good luck
Neil
