Short history of problem :
Logan Bowers use my library DZComm. Everething was fine until
he reconfigured his PC and set up comm's to IRQ9 (VGA used one)
The strange thing (at least for me) what in windows he can use this IRQ9
in terminal programm (suppose he setup it somethere in control pannel)
Below is short summery of Logan's problem written by himself.
Unfortunately, I can't make a clear answer, so help please.
