I tried this package yesterday and now I have some question and
complaints:

What is the main advantage of your CC in conjunction to using
a makefile, RHIDE or emacs?

Using the name 'cc.exe' is not so good, because it is a common
meaning if this name (cc) to be a C compiler. Many GNU programs
come with a configure script which search the path for a usable
C compiler and if they find cc.exe and assume it as a compiler
you will get results which you don't expect.
