Hi there,
I don't understand that RSX thing, can you make solid Windows3.1/95 
programs with it that don't need to be run in a DOS box?

Can you make any old Windows program(with titlebar/status bar and all the 
rest)

Please help as it is really annoying to hear people talk about it!
