Since I have no FPU-less box, I KNOW it worked under the early V2.0 betas
or EMU387.DXE would have never been created :-)  It may be a change to either
CWSDPMI or the DJGPP code, I don't know for sure.  I know there was a change
in the FPU flags for CWSDPMI r3 (to fix problems with emu387 and some non-intel
chip) and maybe that broke turning off the FPU.
