	What is Objective C?

	Can someone tell me what r class libraries, what is the forest
approach, what garbage collectors are, and where I can get class libraries
supporting garbage collectors (with source code).

	Also, does anybody know of any site where I can get to know the
basics of neural networks and perhaps program a simple one in C/C++?

Though this question ought not to be in this newsgroup, I posted it here
cause I have no other contact except this group.
