There is PMODE/DJ (it's on SimTel.NET, with the rest of DJGPP), but it
doesn't support virtual memory and has a few other things that aren't
implemented. Other than that, here are no other free DPMI hosts for
DOS. Commercial hosts include QDPMI (from QEMM) and 386Max.
