shocking.
and please for god's sake, do not complain here about the fact that you
need to register to get to the download screen.
i hope this will be of use to others, too.
BTW, if you are serious about windows programming, you WILL have to have
some printed documentation. try www.bookpool.com, they have great
prices. for example,
