Be sure you have downloaded the gcc. It is in a package called gcc2721b.zip
on v2gnu. Also, the way you have unzipped the installation is not the right
one. You should create a directory with whichever name you want (eg.
f:\djgpp). Then, copy the zip files there and run some:
pkunzip -d *.zip
Of course you can expand files by hand, but a) do so on the f:\djgpp
directory and b) *make sure* you specify -d to get subdirectories (or use
gunzip, which hasn't got the problem). There is only one package that does
not fit: the Allegro zip. If you wanna install it, first create an
djgpp\allegro dir, get onto it, and unshrink the alleg22 zipfile (again
with -d)... and that's all (of course if you install Allegro or GRX or
simmilar you should run make's).
