What do you mean with switching to the hi-res page??
When I use dual display debugging, then I have two monitors
on my desktop (a 12'' MDA monitor and a 17'' color monitor).
When I debug now, I do not switch anything, because RHIDE is
shown on the MDA monitor and the debugged program on
my color monitor..


I tried your test program, and it worked ok for me.

Can it be, that this card is the reason. Do you have
any chance to try an other VGA card?
