cwdpmi + dos for the 32meg machine
and i tried whatever dpmi hosts come with win 3.1 and win95. both failed.
someone pointed out (charles i think) that the winblows dpmi hosts are broken
which doesnt surprise me much really and changing the malloc to smaller
chunks works fine.
