One workaround is to run "mode bw80" before starting RHIDE. That way,
RHIDE resets the mode to co80 and the mouse will be visible. (this cursor
vanishes if u press alt-f5 to see the user screen, and rhide does not
redisplay it. however, if u ran mode bw80, rhide switches back to co80 and
also resets the mouse. This wont work however if your program sets the
mode to co80 before exiting cause rhide wont reset the mode and will
forget the pointer is hidden :-)

Bye,
Chirayu.
