The libg++ info mentions one hierarchical/non-"forest" lib, but doesn't
go into much depth. I'm looking for one because ... I admit it ... I like
Borland's approach (ok, I also like smaltalk) to handling heterogeneous
object collections/containers by doing chunk management at a root object.
It's really fantastic to be able to declare a List and do add()'s of any
object with Object as an eventual superclass -- list expansion and garbage
collection all nicely handled, etc cetera. Anyone seen a hierarcy based
libg they especially liked? Or disliked? Comments to email, please.
