I'm sorry to be posting such a basic question but I am at my wit's and
on this one. I've been trying to get DJGPP to setup and running since
about two weeks ago and nothing works. I'm trying to compile the GFX
lib. so that I can get Allegro and the like working, but all I get is
"no such file or directory ENOENT" It's driving me nuts.
YES I have set up my .env and path in autoexec,
YES I have checked that my paths are right, etc...
I've read the FAQ and readme.1st/install.txt files
till my eyes bled
So that means that there must be something really simple that is wrong
with what I'm doing. If someone could post a reply to this, perhaps
including part of your autoexec.bat and other files that must be changed
to get it working, I would owe you my life for it. My free time is going
down the tubes, installing and reinstalling, thinking that maybe
something was wrong...but to no avail.
Anyway, thank you to whoever can help me,
and my sanity to get through this.
Maybe someone should write a more in-depth installation help.me file so
that these problems would be over and done with forever (and if such a
file is out there, please tell me where to find it!).
Thanks again,
Tibu &;)
