FYI this is actually a bad idea; it means that whenever you start a DOS
box it reboots the machine, using the custom startup files you give here,
and then when the DOS box finishes it reboots again to load Windows.
Modifying C:\CONFIG.SYS and C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT is the correct thing to do in
Win95 as well as in DOS. If you like, though, you can not modify
AUTOEXEC.BAT and put the modifications in C:\WINDOWS\DOSSTART.BAT instead;
this is executed when starting DOS boxes. I would suggest modifying the
real AUTOEXEC.BAT though.
